1. Agreement to terms

By accessing Orbitelio FireSafe websites or purchasing courses, you agree to these Terms and all incorporated policies, including our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use our services. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activities under your account.

3. Course access and use

• Licenses are non-transferable except as permitted in your order.
• You may not resell, publicly distribute, or reverse engineer content.
• Onsite activities require adherence to local safety rules and proper PPE.

4. Payments and refunds

Fees are due at purchase. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, refunds are available within 14 days if less than 20% of a course is completed.

5. Disclaimers

Training does not replace legal obligations, emergency services, or site-specific procedures. We do not guarantee the prevention of incidents.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbitelio FireSafe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid in the preceding twelve months.

7. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or abusive conduct.
• No attempts to gain unauthorized access or disrupt services.
• No uploading of harmful code or interference with security features.

8. Intellectual property

All materials, trademarks, and content are owned by Orbitelio FireSafe or licensed third parties. No rights are granted except as expressly set forth.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using services at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue will be appropriate courts as specified in your order documents.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to services or law. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
